Why an ACE Partner Is Safe to Work With
Bringing in an outside expert means trusting them with your client, your building, and your reputation. The ESA Code of Ethics exists precisely for that — and an ACE can lose certification for violating it:
- We won’t poach your accounts (§5.2, §5.4). The code requires solidarity with fellow pest management professionals and forbids intentionally injuring another professional’s practice or reputation.
- Strict confidentiality (§4.6). Your business affairs and technical processes are not disclosed without your consent.
- No double-billing (§4.7). An ACE won’t collect from more than one party for the same work without everyone’s consent.
