A meaningful guarantee covers re-treatment at no extra charge if the pest persists within a defined window after the treatment and follow-up. New York Exterminating guarantees its work: if covered pests persist after treatment and the scheduled follow-up, we return and re-treat at no additional charge.
What a real guarantee covers
Read for three things: what pests are covered, the time window, and whether re-treatment is free. Be cautious of “money-back” claims with heavy conditions, or “guarantees” that really just mean a paid follow-up visit. A licensed, certified provider should put the terms in writing.
