What pest controlactually costs in NYC.
Most companies in this city will not put a number on a page. We will. Below are our real ranges for every service we run, what moves the price within each one, and how our numbers compare to the national figures you have probably already read.
The whole price list,
on one page.
These are the ranges we actually quote. Every one is confirmed after an inspection, because the honest number depends on how far the problem has spread — but you should not have to call three companies to learn the shape of it.

NYC prices versus the national numbers.
If you have searched this already, you have seen figures from Angi, HomeAdvisor and This Old House. Those are national averages, and New York is not a national market. Here is how they line up against what things actually cost here.
| Service | National figure vs. NYC reality |
|---|---|
| Bed bugs | National average around $2,500, typically $1,000–$4,000. Angi’s own NYC data runs $1,500–$6,000. Our $350 one-bedroom is dramatically below both — because we price per unit and per visit, not per “job.” |
| Cockroaches | National $100–$600, averaging $200–$350. Our $299–$699 sits above the national average, and it buys a four-mechanism protocol most cases finish in one visit rather than a spray and a return schedule. |
| Rodents | National average about $395, typically $189–$655. Our mice range starts at $320 and most jobs land $400–$800, because 90% of what we do is exclusion — a repair, not a monthly visit. |
| Termites | Most US homeowners pay $850–$1,600. In NYC the far more common need is an inspection, from $199. |
National figures above are the published ranges from Angi, HomeAdvisor and This Old House as of 2026. They are useful context, not a quote for your apartment.
Five things decide your quote.
Across every service, the same handful of variables explain almost all of the spread between the bottom and the top of a range.
How established it is
An early problem caught in weeks is a fraction of the work of one that has spread through furniture, walls or an entire wardrobe. This is the single biggest driver on every service.
Size and number of rooms
More rooms means more inspection time, more product and more surface to treat. Occupancy matters too — more people means more food availability and more harborage pressure.
Access and labour
Pulling appliances, removing toe-kicks, opening access panels, working at height on a ledge. Labour, not product, is what carries a job up a range.
Structural work required
Sealing in metal, exclusion, and occasionally a contractor where the building itself has failed. This is why the rodent ranges reach into the thousands.
Whether the building is the source
If the problem is arriving from a neighbouring unit or a shared chase, we will tell you — and treating your apartment repeatedly is the wrong spend. See why a clean apartment still has pests.
Nobody should live with it over money.
We offer some of the broadest financing in NYC pest control — Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay through Stripe, on every service on this page. Move the slider to see what a treatment looks like spread out.
Estimate only. Final terms come from the provider at checkout and depend on approval. More on how our financing works.
Why the cheap quote costs more.
What our price includes
An Associate Certified Entomologist on every job — diagnosis before application.
Multiple mechanisms per service, so resistance to one does not defeat the treatment.
Structural work where it is needed — sealing, exclusion, access panels.
Verification that it worked, not an assumption.
Under 1% callback rate across our work.
An end point. Most of what we sell is designed to finish.
What the $99 visit includes
Whoever is on the route, following a standard script.
One product — often the chemistry the population already survived.
Nothing sealed, so the way in stays open.
No monitoring. You find out when it comes back.
Repeat visits priced as a monthly plan.
No end date, because the problem is the product.
Pest control cost in NYC: FAQ
How much does pest control cost in NYC?
A one-time general service starts at $360 for interior and exterior treatment, or $49 a month on a quarterly plan. Specific pests vary: German cockroaches $299–$699, bed bugs from $350 for a one-bedroom, mice $320–$3,500 with most jobs at $400–$800, rats $299–$4,000, clothes moths $450–$2,500, ants $150–$300, termite inspection from $199. Every price is confirmed after inspection and financing is available on all of them.
How much does bed bug treatment cost in NYC?
$350 for a one-bedroom one-time treatment, $450–$650 for a two-bedroom with a low infestation over two visits, and $600 and up for three bedrooms or more. National averages run far higher — around $2,500, with Angi’s NYC data at $1,500–$6,000 — because those figures assume whole-home heat treatment.
How much does a cockroach exterminator cost in NYC?
$299 to $699 for our German cockroach Trio Protocol, with most cases resolved in a single visit. Price is set by rooms involved, number of occupants, product volume and time on site.
How much does rodent control cost?
Mice run $320 to $3,500 with most jobs landing $400 to $800. Rats run $299 to $4,000. The ranges are wide because both services are built on exclusion — physically sealing the building — and that is closer to construction pricing than to pest-control pricing.
Why are you more expensive than the monthly plan I was quoted?
Because they are different products. A monthly plan manages a problem indefinitely. Our work is built to end it, which front-loads the cost into one visit or a short program instead of spreading it across years. A $99 monthly plan is $1,188 a year, every year, and the entry points stay exactly where they were.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, on every service. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay through Stripe, so treatment can be spread over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
Will the price change after the inspection?
The quote is confirmed at inspection and that is the number. The ranges on this page exist because we cannot know how far something has spread until we look — not so we can revise upward afterward.
Why do some companies refuse to give any price at all?
Because a number invites comparison. We would rather you arrive already knowing roughly what this costs and decide whether the approach is worth it, than get you on the phone and work out how much you will tolerate.
